Accomodation
The accommodation is set over two floors; the ground floor has a sunny well equipped kitchen/breakfast room that opens out onto a small private garden area with seating, this leads through to a ground floor bedroom, with a single bed (which converts to a twin) and ample wardrobe space.
There is a large spacious sitting room with a comfortable corner sofa and the log-burning stove. This room also opens out into a relaxing double aspect sitting / reading area with views out to the garden. The shower room / lavatory is also on the ground floor.
The first floor bedroom features a king sized bed and has exposed beams and windows to the front and back with views over open countryside.
Towels and organic cotton sheets are provided.
Facilities
There is parking for two cars at the Cottage and dogs are welcome.
On arrival you will be greeted with a complimentary afternoon tea including Sarah's famous chocolate brownies.
The Cottage comes equipped with timer-controlled oil fired central heating and log burning stove (first basket of logs provided), TV with Freeview, cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer. If you bring a laptop you will be able to use our wireless network to access the internet.
For an additional charge we can provide an evening meal (using locally sourced produce where possible - menus can be sent on request) and a laundry service.
With sufficient notice we can also normally offer a baby sitting service.
